The dinner banquet, program, & silent auction will be hosted on our high school campus, in the newly renovated Warriors Plaza just two miles from the course! St. Pius X - St. Matthias Academy (PMA) is hosting the 5th Annual Warrior Cup Golf Tournament on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Rio Hondo Golf Club in Downey. Last year, with the help of generous community members, the tournament generated $38,000, and over the last four years, $106,000 total has been raised to fund various athletics related needs including the weight room renovation and the purchasing of school vans. Join us this year to make it the best Warrior Cup yet!
PMA serves 560 students from over 80 zip codes and offers a Catholic university experience for teenagers. Our mission is to provide opportunities for all students to grow in faith, learn without limits, and live with a purpose. In our 70th year of service, we celebrate tremendous growth in enrollment, academic programs, artistic offerings and athletics. All proceeds from the Warrior Cup Golf Tournament help fund the school’s athletics programs’ greatest needs.
2024 has been a historic year for Warrior athletics! This season, the Boys Basketball team earned their way to the CIF Open Division State playoffs and has consistently ranked among the top 10 high school teams in the state. On top of that, both boys' and girls' teams across all athletic programs have celebrated growth in their respective programs with multiple programs making it to CIF playoffs and championships! Your support of Warrior Athletics is needed now more than ever before!
The 2024 Warrior Cup provides a wonderful opportunity for alumni, parents, friends, and the community to enjoy a fun-filled day on the course while supporting Warrior Athletics.
