WHAT: The Arts Collective at PMA plans to take a group of arts students on an international theatre trip to London, England and Edinburgh, Scotland in the summer of 2026. This trip would be an opportunity for students to see productions at the historic Globe Theatre, on the West End, and at the National Theatre in London. They would also get to tour the sites and museums that London has to offer.

Our group would then journey to Edinburgh, Scotland for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest fringe festival in the world. At the Edinburgh Fringe, artists come from across the globe to perform established and original works across mediums: theatre, dance, music, improv, etc. Arts students would be enriched by seeing all that art has to offer. Additionally, our goal would be to take our own production to the Fringe and perform alongside 1000s of professional artists.

As the Arts Collective expands, we would love to add a trip like this to our repertoire, on a 3 or 4 year rotation. As these trips can be quite costly, we want to do all that we can to mitigate costs for our students so that no student who desires to go is held back due to finances. At our goal of $100,000, we would be able to cover costs for 20-25 students ($4K-$5K each) which would include airfare/travel, lodging, tickets to performances and tours. Please help us to reach our goal and make this amazing trip a reality for the students of The Arts Collective.
